Data Deletion Instructions

Pomeg AI respects your right to control how your personal data is handled. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data, including any data collected through your connected Facebook or Instagram accounts, from our Platform at any time.

📌 Meta / Facebook & Instagram Users

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Pomeg AI and wish to have all related data deleted, follow the instructions below. This covers all data collected via Meta APIs, including messages, comments, post data, and access tokens.

Option 1: Delete via Your Pomeg AI Account (Recommended)

If you have an active Pomeg AI account, you can delete your data directly from your account:

  1. To delete your connected soscial accounts (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and all of its related data:
    • Log in to your Pomeg AI account at pomegai.com
    • From sidebar go to AI Social Manager → Connect Accounts
    • Then click on "Disconnect" button of each connected account
    If you disconnect one account then it will delete all of its related data from our server, not other connected accounts data. If you want to delete all of your connected accounts data then you have to disconnect all of the connected accounts separately.
  2. To delete your entire account and all associated data:

Option 2: Send a Data Deletion Request by Email

If you no longer have access to your account, or prefer to request deletion manually, email us at:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: Your registered email address, the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected, and a description of what data you want deleted.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Revoking Facebook/Instagram Access via Meta

You can also revoke Pomeg AI's access directly from your Facebook or Instagram account settings:

For Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or click here)
  2. Find Pomeg AI in the list of connected apps
  3. Click Remove to revoke access

For Instagram:

  1. Go to your Instagram Profile → Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Pomeg AI under Active apps
  3. Tap Remove to revoke access

Revoking access via Meta will prevent any future data access. To ensure deletion of data already collected, please also send us a deletion request using one of the methods above.
